A private members club based in the heart of Loughton is looking for hosts/waiting staff to build out the team.
The Hobo Club brings the benefits of a city club to the local area, offering a bar, lounge and work areas for members to meet clients and relax in both style and privacy.
Previous high service level waitering/hosting experience is a must.
Responsibilities include:
- Proving high levels of service to our members and their guests - our reason for being is to make our members feel valued and special.
- Stay member/guest focused and nurture an excellent member/guest experience
- Help prepare food and drinks for our members.
- Serve and plate food.
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment by washing dishes, sanitising surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
- Ensuring food safety standards are upheld.
- Collaborating with other staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely service.
- Following recipes and instructions accurately to produce high-quality drinks and dishes.
- Handling basic kitchen equipment such as knives, blenders, and pizza ovens safely and effectively.
- Communicating effectively with colleagues and superiors to coordinate tasks and meet goals.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Requirements and skills:
- Minimum 2 years high level waitering experience in a service orientated environment
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
Loughton is based on the Central Line (east) circa 30 minutes from Liverpool Street.
Pay will be £13.50/hour depending on role and experience.
We are looking for people who can work every Friday and Saturday evening as standard, with the possibility of a couple of extra shifts as and when required.
