We are looking for seasoned professional with at least 3 years experience who brings a high level of responsibility to our team, to work closely with management and passionate about the job. Career progression is available for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, providing recommendations when appropriate
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with a positive attitude
- Support food preparation tasks as needed, including setting up stations and replenishing supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols diligently to ensure guest safety and compliance with health regulations
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality, restaurant service, catering or related roles
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests
- Experience in serving, bartending, barista work is highly needed.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Friendly demeanor with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Knowledge of beverage service including bartending or barista skills
