Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic marketing plans, managing campaigns, and analysing market trends to ensure our organisation remains competitive.
As Marketing Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns that drive ticket sales, increase brand awareness, and engage festival audiences before, during, and after our events.
Working closely with event, creative, and commercial teams, you'll be responsible for developing innovative marketing strategies that deliver measurable results and contribute to the continued growth of our festival portfolio.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for multiple festivals and events.
- Manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, PR, influencer, and traditional channels.
- Create and oversee content calendars and campaign schedules.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and external agencies.
- Plan and execute ticket sales campaigns, promotions, and launch activities.
- Monitor marketing performance and provide regular reporting on KPIs and ROI.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign delivery.
- Build relationships with media partners, sponsors, influencers, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Along with our social media manager, support on-site festival marketing activities and brand activation initiatives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
- Manage multiple marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results.
- Lead market research efforts to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials
- Analyse campaign performance data using analysis skills to optimise future initiatives.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively through strong organisational skills and time management.
- Lead and motivate the marketing team, providing guidance on project management and professional development.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a marketing management role.
- Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Experience using marketing analytics and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
- Passion for festivals, music, events, and audience engagement.
- Analytical skills to interpret data insights for strategic decision-making.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide teams effectively.
- Sound understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and industry best practices.
- Organisational skills that enable effective planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and organisational needs.

- Experience within the festivals, events, entertainment, or hospitality sector.

- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar creative tools.
