We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to become an integral part of our growing IT operations team. In this role, you'll provide high-quality technical support across hardware, software, cloud platforms, and business applications while helping maintain a secure and reliable IT environment. Key Responsibilities
Technical Support: Provide first and second-line IT support by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, operating system, and application issues for end users.
Microsoft Environment: Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Word, Excel, and other productivity tools.
User Administration: Create, manage, and maintain user accounts, permissions, passwords, and security groups using Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
Endpoint Management: Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other endpoint equipment.
Incident Management: Log, prioritize, investigate, and resolve support tickets while maintaining accurate documentation and delivering excellent customer service throughout the resolution process.
Infrastructure Support: Assist with network connectivity, VPN access, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, device configuration, software deployment, system upgrades, and routine IT maintenance activities.
Documentation & Improvement: Maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures while identifying opportunities to improve IT processes and user support.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Previous experience working as an IT Support Analyst, IT Support Engineer, Service Desk Analyst, Help Desk Analyst, Desktop Support Technician, or in a similar technical support role.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN), hardware troubleshooting, and software support.
Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for delivering professional, friendly, and effective technical support to users at all levels.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking with the ability to diagnose technical issues, prioritize workloads, and resolve problems efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Organization: Able to manage multiple support requests simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and delivering a high standard of service.
Mindset: A proactive team player who enjoys learning new technologies, embraces continuous improvement, and takes ownership of delivering reliable IT solutions that help colleagues succeed.
Pay: £29,420.00-£34,101.73 per year
