Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced and friendly Bar Staff /Waiting Staff to join our team. As a Staff member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring a clean and inviting atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take drink orders and serve beverages promptly
- Prepare drinks and other alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations during beverage preparation
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Process payments accurately using the cash register or POS system
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations
Experience:
- 2 years previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting essential
- Knowledge of basic drink recipes and techniques
- Familiarity with food safety guidelines and regulations
- Strong customer service skills to engage with guests in a professional manner
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions
