The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and reliable Soft Landscaping Technician to join our team. This role will involve working primarily on new build sites, where you'll be responsible for installing turf, planting, and helping to transform gardens into well-maintained, visually stunning outdoor spaces. If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy working outdoors, and have experience with soft landscaping techniques, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Installing and preparing turf on new build properties.
- Planting shrubs, trees, flowers, and other soft landscaping elements.
- Ensuring all plants and turf are properly maintained and watered.
- Assisting with the preparation of garden beds and soil.
- Supporting the team in various landscaping tasks as needed.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations on-site.
- Maintaining high standards of quality in all aspects of landscaping work.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in soft landscaping, turfing, and planting.
- A solid understanding of horticulture and plant care.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- A full UK driving license.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- CSCS Green Card preferred
