Childcare Setting Manager
Full-Time Position
Are you an experienced and passionate childcare professional looking for your next opportunity? We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Manager to lead our warm, nurturing 30-place childcare setting.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is committed to providing outstanding care and education for young children while inspiring and supporting a small team of practitioners.
The Role
As Manager, you will:
· Lead and inspire the staff team to provide high-quality childcare and learning experiences.
· Ensure the setting meets all EYFS, safeguarding and statutory requirements.
· Create a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for children and their families.
· Build positive relationships with parents, carers and external professionals.
· Support staff development through mentoring, supervision and training.
· Oversee the day-to-day running of the setting, including policies, procedures and administration.
· Monitor children's learning and development and promote excellent practice throughout the setting.
· Work alongside the team to maintain a calm, nurturing and engaging environment.
We are looking for someone who has:
· A relevant Level 3 childcare qualification (minimum requirement).
· Previous experience in a leadership or management role within an early years setting (Preferred but not essential).
· Excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
· Strong organisational and communication skills.
· A passion for delivering outstanding childcare.
· The ability to motivate, support and develop a small team.
· A warm, caring and professional approach.
