Recruitment & Compliance Officer
Location: Wolverhampton
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
Salary: Negotiable for the right candidate
AMG Nursing & Care Service provides high-quality care and support to people in their own homes across the West Midlands and Shropshire.
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and highly organised Recruitment & Compliance Officer to join our friendly team in Wolverhampton. This is a varied and rewarding role where you will support the recruitment, onboarding and ongoing compliance of our care staff.
The ideal candidate will be confident working both independently and as part of a team. You will have excellent communication and people skills, strong attention to detail, good IT ability and previous experience in an administrative role.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include:
- Contacting applicants and arranging and conducting interviews for new care staff
- Organising staff training
- Adding new starters to our in-house system
- Completing online DBS applications
- Creating and maintaining new carer files
- Ensuring filing systems are accurate, organised and up to date
- Responding to general telephone and email enquiries
- Assisting with diary management and administration
- Completing staff supervisions, appraisals and spot checks
- Producing monthly compliance reports
- Ensuring staff records and compliance documents remain current
- Recording information relating to spot checks, supervisions and appraisals
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience in administration
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent IT skills
- The ability to manage a varied workload
- A positive, proactive and professional approach
- The ability to use their own initiative while working well within a team
- A full UK driving licence
