The role is to provide exceptional care, support and guidance. You will be required to set high expectations for all pupils at Pencoedtre High School in all pastoral matters.
You will assist with providing support and interventions to meet the pastoral and learning needs of pupils by providing support to both pupils and their parents/carers. This is a varied role working closely with parents, carers, as well as the wider school staff adhering to the school’s behaviour procedures and policies to promote the welfare and protection of all students attending the school. The position demands high professional standards and experience of working with young people.

About the role
Pay Details: £26,824 – 28,598 pro rata
Hours of Work / Weeks per year / Working Pattern: 32.5 hrs per week x 39 weeks – Full time
