The Night Receptionist plays a key role in ensuring a warm and efficient welcome to all guests, employees, and visitors. As a service ambassador, your primary responsibility is to greet arriving, departing, and in-house guests with professionalism and courtesy, while providing accurate and timely information and services in line with established protocols.

You'll collaborate with exceptional team members throughout the hotel, working together to deliver a seamless and unforgettable guest experience.
