A great opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated individual to join our fast-paced production team based on our 25-acre site. This role requires a moderate level of physical fitness to carry out day-to-day tasks. Full training will be provided to ensure you quickly become confident in the role.
This position will be based in our Panning Production Area, where you will be involved in the preparation, coating, and finishing of panned confectionery products. While training will be provided, previous experience in a bakery, confectionery, or food production environment would be highly beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
Working as part of a team, your duties will include:
- Ensuring the smooth running of the panning production area
- Preparing and processing confectionery products through the panning process to required specifications
- Setting up, operating, cleaning, and maintaining panning equipment
- Monitoring product quality and consistency throughout the process
- Applying coatings and finishes to products in line with production requirements
- Labelling and packaging finished products
- Completing accurate production records and documentation
- Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety at all times

- Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 5:15pm
- Friday: 8:30am – 4:00pm
