Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Front of House Team Members to join our busy, fast-paced restaurant. You will be the face of the business, providing outstanding service while ensuring every guest has a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. You will thrive in a high-energy environment, work well as part of a team, and maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Process payments using the POS system.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked dining area.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
- Support opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking.
- Work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods.
Requirements
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Team player with a willingness to learn and support colleagues.
- Well-presented with a professional appearance.
Pay: £8.00-£12.71 per hour
