We are currently representing a growing team delivering face-to-face campaigns on behalf of nationally recognised charities that fund life-saving medical research, specialist children’s healthcare, and vital family support services across the UK.
They are looking for a Customer Service & Sales Assistant to join their Newcastle team — a role that combines communication, purpose, and performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
Working within local residential areas, you’ll be speaking directly with members of the public and representing impactful charitable campaigns.
- Engaging with customers in a friendly, professional way
- Explaining the work and impact of the organisations being represented
- Answering questions and building genuine connections
- Encouraging sign-ups and ongoing support
- Managing conversations with confidence and clarity
- Working towards individual and team-based targets
This role is just as much about customer interaction as it is about sales, so personality and communication are key.
Who They’re Looking For
- Background in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role
- Confident speaking to new people and building rapport
- Positive, approachable, and energetic personality
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Comfortable working in a face-to-face environment
Previous sales experience is helpful but not essential.
