We are currently recruiting compassionate and reliable Live-in Carers to join our friendly and supportive team.Whether you are experienced within care or looking to develop a long-term career in the sector, we would love to hear from you.
Pay & Benefits
- Earn between £750–£1100+ per week
- Flexible working patterns available

- Mileage paid at 55p per mile for client outings
- Paid travel support for longer placements

Flexible Rotas Available
We offer a variety of flexible working patterns including:
- 1 week on / 1 week off
- 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
- Short-term placements
- Long-term placements
- Ongoing placements with scheduled breaks
Both PAYE employment and self-employed arrangements are available.
Placement Support
All placements include:
- A separate private bedroom for the live-in carer
- Wi-Fi access
- Board and lodging fully covered
- Flexible break arrangements to support both client and carer needs
Incoming travel costs (mileage or tickets) are covered for placements of 3 weeks or longer, with return UK travel covered for placements of 6 weeks or longer.
Where placements end unexpectedly, support arrangements and paid periods may apply depending on circumstances and client needs.
What We’re Looking For
To apply, you must:
- Have the Right to Work in the UK
- Be caring, reliable and compassionate
- Have good communication skills
- Be willing to undertake training and development
Previous care experience and a UK driving licence are beneficial but not essential, as full training and ongoing support can be provided.
