Key Responsibilities
- Step into rooms (3 months–5 years) to support smooth daily routines and ratios.
- Help deliver engaging indoor and outdoor activities, including our garden allotment sessions.
- Assist with care routines (meals, rest, and play) with warmth and sensitivity.
- Maintain strict child welfare, health and safety, and safeguarding standards.
Requirements
- Experience: Hands-on childcare experience (qualified Level 2/3 or experienced unqualified).
- Skills: Knowledge of child development, safeguarding awareness, and adaptability.
- Attributes: Reliable, enthusiastic, and confident stepping into different room teams.
- Checks: Enhanced DBS and satisfactory references required.
