Within iD Mobile's commercial trading team, this role is responsible for driving handset upgrade performance across the retained customer base. You'll use data and customer insight to develop propositions, shape investment decisions, and manage a calendar of upgrade and retention activity that grows ARPU, increases handset attachment, and reduces churn. The role requires strong commercial and analytical capability, with the ability to work across GTM, CRM, channel, and manufacturer teams to land coordinated execution.
