- Analyzes finished goods forecasts, production and inventory data to determine raw material requirements.

Prepares purchase orders based on calculated or predicted material requirements and follows up with vendors when revisions are needed.

Ensures raw materials are available on time to meet production requirements and customer orders.

Ensures inventory levels are optimized to meet both demand and inventory site targets.

Facilitates the cycle count process to ensure inventory record accuracy of raw materials.

Coordinates meetings and interactions with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and other parties to ensure effective relationships, quality services, and efficient operations.

Ensures compliance with department policies and procedures and applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

Performs other duties as assigned.
