Salary: £10.85–£12.71 per hour + tips

About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and hands-on Barista to support the day-to-day running of the café.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their work, and contributes positively to a team. You’ll be involved in preparing drinks and food, maintaining standards, and helping ensure smooth, efficient shifts.
For the right person, there is also potential to grow into a Café Supervisor role over time, supporting management with the day-to-day running of shifts and helping guide the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, drinks, and food
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation across the café
- Support smooth, efficient service during busy periods
- Assist with opening/closing duties and general setup
- Help monitor stock and keep service running without disruption

- Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining standards
- Barista or café experience required
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday availability (between 11am-5pm) including some potential Saturday availability.
