We are currently looking for a hard working, enthusiastic trade counter/sales office assistant for our Failsworth Branch in Manchester.
The ideal candidates must have previous experience of working on a busy plumbers merchants trade counter, be flexible in their approach and have a good working attitude.
Knowledge of plumbing, heating and bathroom materials is essential.
Duties:
- Dealing with customer enquiries face to face.
- Picking customer orders.
- Dealing with customer enquiries/orders over the phone.
- Maintain a clean and efficiently merchandised counter area.
- Placing orders with suppliers.
- Contacting customers via the phone.
- To provide an excellent customer service.
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment by following safety/company procedures.
Hours:
Monday - Friday
8.00am - 5.00pm
2 Saturday Mornings per month
8.00am - 12.00 noon
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.71 per hour
