Are you a passionate and enthusiastic Singing and Dance Teacher with experience working with children and young people? Do you have professional performing arts experience and a real flair for inspiring young performers? Then we'd love to hear from you!
We are currently recruiting a Singing and Dance Teacher for a weekend performing arts academy in Haywards Heath, running on Saturdays 09:30am - 12:45pm and 13:30 - 16:45pm across 39 weeks of the year.
You will be responsible for delivering fun, engaging, and inspiring sessions in singing, dance and performance, helping children and young people develop their confidence, creativity and skills.
The ideal candidate will have strong practical experience in singing and dance, with the ability to teach vocal technique, harmonies, choreography and performance skills to groups of children and young people. Experience in Musical Theatre or other professional performing arts settings would be highly desirable.
We are looking for someone who is fun, engaging, creative and passionate about teaching, with lots of exciting and innovative ideas to bring to their sessions. Most importantly, you should enjoy working with young people and be committed to creating a positive, encouraging and inspiring environment where every student can thrive.
An enhanced DBS check on the update service will be required and can be arranged as part of the safer recruitment process.
