Responsibilities

- Develop personalised care plans based on patient assessments and medical evidence
- Document all patient interactions accurately within electronic health records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Stay updated with the latest clinical practices, guidelines, and advancements in healthcare
Skills
- Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting
