Refrigeration Service & Maintenance Supervisor
Iceline Yorkshire Ltd is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Service & Maintenance Supervisor to join our growing team.
This role involves supervising a small team of four engineers working across small commercial and light industrial refrigeration systems. You'll be responsible for coordinating service and maintenance activities, planning installations, supporting engineers in the field, and providing hands-on assistance on-site when required.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced refrigeration engineer looking to step into a leadership role without the demands of supermarket refrigeration work, while enjoying a healthy work-life balance with weekends off.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of 4 refrigeration engineers
- Allocate and coordinate service, maintenance, and repair work
- Plan installation and maintenance schedules
- Assist engineers with technical support and fault diagnosis
- Carry out site visits and provide hands-on assistance when required
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
Package & Benefits
- Basic salary: £45,000 – £60,000 (depending on experience)

Requirements
- Proven experience within the refrigeration industry
- Valid F-Gas Certification
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong fault-finding, service, and maintenance experience
- Leadership or supervisory experience desirable
