We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Early Years Nursery Practitioner to join our team. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude and ability to work within a team, and show a real commitment to nurturing and supporting pupils in all aspects of nursery life. The candidate must have: A minimum Level 3 qualification. A sound knowledge of safeguarding protocol and procedures. Experience of working with children in the 0-5 year age range essential Knowledge of the key person approach Experience of observing, assessing and planning for individual children Knowledge and implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage The ability to communicate well and work in partnership with children, parents, staff members and outside agencies A minimum of 1 years experience. The ability to work as part of a team Sound literacy skills Good organisational skills A creative approach to play and learning The able to show initiative The ability to reflect on your own and others practice An awareness of Health and Safety regulations An understanding of Equal Opportunities Knowledge of Safeguarding requirements.
Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
