Duties
- Supervise daily nursery activities, ensuring they align with best practices in early childhood education

- Develop engaging educational activities that promote learning, social skills, and emotional development
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about children's progress and daily experiences
- Manage administrative tasks such as attendance records, activity planning, and compliance documentation
- Ensure the nursery environment is clean, organized, and equipped with age-appropriate resources
Skills
- Proven leadership experience within childcare or early childhood education settings is desirable.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with staff and families
- Extensive experience working with children, demonstrating patience, understanding, and enthusiasm
- Knowledge of childcare regulations, health & safety standards, and best practices in nursery management
- Ability to lead a team confidently while fostering a positive work environment
- Excellent organizational skills to handle administrative duties efficiently
- Valid driving license is preferred for transporting children or supplies when necessary

Pay: £13.21-£14.18 per hour
