Working Hours: 37 hours (consideration will be given to job sharing / reduced hours in line with our flexible working policy)

How you’ll contribute:
We are seeking a creative and experienced Head Chef to join our team. As Head Chef, you will manage the back-of-house. You will run the daily operations of the kitchen, manage the kitchen staff to ensure that the highest quality of food is served to our visitors / guests, and ensure that all food and labour cost goals are met.

As a member of the Catering and Housekeeping team, you will be dedicated to providing a high-quality food standard, along with first-class service, and demonstrate a passion for food. You will be a member of the team who contributes to the provision of a quality service to meet standards in line with agreed procedures and provide a warm welcome to all customers and visitors, so that the reputation of Sport Wales National Centre’s Catering and Housekeeping function is maintained and enhanced.
