We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Full time Hair Stylist - Senior Level to lead our sales team on a full-time basis. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market share.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance levels and professional development.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders within the B2B sector.
- Utilise Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, analyse data, and generate reports for management review.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities, monitor competitors, and stay abreast of industry trends.
- Organise regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and optimise outreach efforts.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyse results, and adjust strategies accordingly to meet organisational goals.
- Prepare detailed forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
Skills
- Hair dressing qualification
