Job Summary
As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. You will be responsible for various tasks including serving, preparing drinks and maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Your ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with your team will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.
As a nightclub our shifts are overnight on Monday being 9:45pm - 3:30am and on Friday being 9:45pm - 4:30am. Staff must be able to work both nights with the exception of booked holiday. If you enjoy music and nightlife you may be a perfect fit for this job.
Duties
- Prepare and serve drink items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and customer areas.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- work along side management and security to create a safe environment for customers.
- Carry out a range of jobs from clearing cups from the customer areas, carrying out toilet checks, serving customers and performing bar closedowns to the correct cleaning standard.
Skills
- The ability to remain calm and collected in fast paced and loud environment's.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Strong time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members positively.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when required.
- Great initiative to be able to identify which jobs need doing and which to prioritise in busy situations.
