Quarry Operative / Loading Shovel Operator – Bournemouth & Poole Area

- Set working hours: Monday to Friday 7am–5pm, plus alternate Saturdays 7am–12pm (as required)

Your role and responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain quarry and processing plant equipment
- Use mobile plant, including loading shovels, to feed the processing plant
- Complete planned maintenance and housekeeping duties
- Accurately operate the weighbridge
- Uphold and promote company Health & Safety standards
- Work flexibly and collaboratively within the team
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in quarry extraction or related industries
- Mobile plant qualifications (loading shovel and LGV experience preferred)
- Strong health and safety awareness
- Motivated team player with excellent communication skills
