As a PPC Executive at Prestige Gifting, you will play a key role in managing, analysing and optimising paid media campaigns across our flowers and hampers brands. The role will focus on driving online sales, improving return on ad spend, supporting seasonal growth, and identifying new opportunities across search, shopping, social and retail media channels.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating, managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Criteo, Amazon Ads and paid social channels.
- Managing campaign types such as Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Display, Remarketing, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display.
- Supporting the day-to-day management of Amazon PPC campaigns, including keyword targeting, product targeting, bid optimisation, budget control, search term analysis and ACoS/ROAS performance monitoring.
- Conducting keyword research, search term analysis, competitor research and audience analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitoring key performance metrics including CTR, CPC, conversion rate, CPA, ROAS, revenue, impression share, ACoS, TACoS and campaign profitability.
- Building and maintaining custom performance reports and dashboards to track paid media results across brands, products, channels and campaigns.
- Supporting deeper analysis such as cohort analysis, customer behaviour analysis, seasonal performance trends, repeat purchase behaviour and campaign-level profitability analysis.
- Working with data from platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Amazon Ads, Looker Studio and internal reporting tools to identify trends and make actionable recommendations.
- Working closely with marketing teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with product availability, pricing, promotions, margins and seasonal priorities.
- Supporting the optimisation of product feeds for Google Shopping, Microsoft Shopping, Facebook catalogue, Criteo and Amazon advertising.
- Supporting landing page checks and onsite campaign improvements, including reviewing tracking, page structure, promotional messaging and basic HTML elements where required.
- Preparing weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting key insights, risks, opportunities and recommended next steps.
- Testing ad copy, creative assets, landing pages, audiences and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance.
- Supporting the use of automation, AI-led campaign features and scripts/tools where appropriate to improve efficiency and scale performance.
- Keeping up to date with PPC, retail media, ecommerce and digital marketing trends, including changes in automation, privacy, attribution and platform best practices.
Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Data, Ecommerce, Digital Marketing or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience managing PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Knowledge or hands-on experience with Amazon Ads, especially Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, keyword targeting, product targeting, ACoS and ROAS optimisation.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce PPC, including Search, Shopping and Performance Max campaigns, with additional experience in lead generation PPC considered a plus.
- Good working knowledge of analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Google Ads reports, Microsoft Ads reports and Amazon Ads reporting.
- Ability to build custom reports and dashboards that clearly show performance by channel, campaign, product category, brand and customer segment.
- Understanding of cohort analysis, customer retention, repeat purchase behaviour, customer lifetime value and how these insights can support paid media decision-making is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and turn insights into clear actions.
- A commercial mindset, with an understanding of revenue, ROAS, CPA, margin, profitability and budget efficiency.
- Good attention to detail, especially when working with campaign structures, budgets, product feeds, tracking and reporting.
- Ability to write clear ad copy and support creative testing across paid channels.
- Confidence working with spreadsheets, including formulas, pivot tables and performance analysis.
- Basic understanding of HTML is desirable, especially for reviewing landing pages, checking simple page elements and supporting tracking or content-related campaign checks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain campaign performance clearly to internal stakeholders.
- A proactive, curious and test-and-learn mindset.
- Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with marketing, IT, and creative colleagues.
- Google Ads certifications are preferred.
- Amazon Ads certification or experience with Amazon Ads learning resources would be advantageous.
- Experience with scripts, automation tools, AI tools, feed management platforms or basic web technologies would be beneficial but not essential.
