We are currently scaling our operations across major UK cities including Nottingham, Derby, Birmingham, Manchester, and Leeds.
The Opportunity: We are looking for an ambitious, self-motivated B2B Lead Generation Specialist / Appointment Setter to join our growing team. This is a fully remote, independent contractor position offering high flexibility and an aggressive, uncapped commission structure. You will be targeting premium roofing contractors who have excellent Google reputations but zero web presence, offering them a highly valuable solution to stop losing clients.
What You Will Do:
- Manage and dial through our fully cleaned, pre-scraped target B2B databases.
- Identify decision-makers (business owners) and introduce our "Zero-Website + AI Voice Assistant" package.
- Overcome basic objections using our tested script blueprints.
- Qualify interested leads, send out instant WhatsApp/email demos, and book them into a brief 10-minute online screen-share meeting with our closing team.
- Track call statuses live in our synchronized CRM spreadsheet.

Requirements:
- A confident, clear, and highly professional English telephone manner (crucial for building rapport with UK tradespeople).
- Previous experience in cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, or B2B sales is a major plus, but a hungry attitude is most important.
- Highly organized and comfortable managing Google Workspace (Sheets, Gmail).
- Must have a quiet workspace, a reliable laptop/computer, and a strong internet connection.
