Job Summary
As the Head Bartender, you will lead our bar team with energy and expertise, creating an inviting atmosphere where guests can enjoy expertly crafted beverages. Duties
- Supervise and motivate the bar staff to deliver outstanding service with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, beverages, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
- Ensure all drinks are made according to recipes, quality standards, and safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the bar area in compliance with food safety regulations
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and monitor stock to prevent shortages or waste
- Train new team members on beverage preparation, serving techniques, and customer service expectations
- Handle guest inquiries or complaints promptly with a positive attitude to enhance their experience
- Collaborate with management to develop promotional ideas and improve overall bar operations
Experience
- Proven experience as a bartender or head bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, mixology techniques, and food safety standards
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service
- Ability to lead a team with energy, enthusiasm, and clear communication
- Basic math skills for cash handling, inventory management, and recipe measurements
- Prior experience in a restaurant setting is highly preferred
- Demonstrated hospitality skills with a focus on creating welcoming guest interactions
