· Supporting in the community with splitting your time between client care calls and administrative duties
· Leading, supporting and motivating carers and senior carers
· Carrying out supervisions, spot checks, appraisals and training

· Completing care assessments, reviews and care plan updates
· Attending networking and community events to promote Homelium
· Handling enquiries from clients, families and local authorities
· Supporting with care calls

· Good knowledge of compliance and best practice
Desirable:

· A key part of growing the branch
· A face of Homelium in the local community
