About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Trainee Lift Engineer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a long-term career in the lift and elevator industry. Full training will be provided alongside experienced engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist qualified lift engineers with installation, servicing, and maintenance of lift systems
- Learn fault-finding and basic repair techniques
- Carry out routine inspections and safety checks
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean working environment
- Follow health & safety procedures at all times
- Complete training and coursework as required
What We’re Looking For
- Strong interest in engineering or mechanical/electrical work
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Good practical and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
- Full UK driving licence
