About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, organised, and detail-oriented Transport Administrator to join our growing team in Randalstown. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in Transport Administration and Logistics.

Key Responsibilities
- Incident and accident reporting
- Maintaining driver training and health & safety records
- Liaising with insurers regarding vehicle and driver cover
- Managing waste management documentation and permits
- Fleet tracking and fuel card administration
- Driver onboarding and licence checks
- Maintaining the company's Operator's Licence compliance
- Producing and maintaining accurate reports
- Coordinating textile bank logistics
Essential Criteria
- Previous experience working within a transport or logistics administrative role
- Must have written and verbal communication skills in English language
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Due to the responsibilities of the role, flexibility will be required
- Valid UK Drivers Licence

- Confident working with IT software and system programmes
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively and accurately
