Role: Advanced Team Leader
Location: Hull (HU3 2TR)
Hours: Full time – 37.5 hours per week
Pay: £31,785 / £16.30 per hour
Base: Mixture of office and in service

What you’ll do
Get to know the people we support, their preferences and goals, and champion what’s important to them.
Build a positive and person-centred environment
Grow and champion our Advanced Support Workers
Build rotas to make sure the teams covered
Keep all support plans up to date so each person receives tailored support
Make sure we are compliant and delivering support safely
Bring in new team members and support them to thrive
Team up with our HR tribe to make great things happen
