Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Commercial Manager to oversee and optimise our organisation’s commercial activities. Duties

- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operational teams to ensure cohesive delivery of products and services.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, market analysis, and strategic initiatives for senior management.
- Oversee contract management processes, ensuring compliance with legal and organisational standards.
- Monitor financial performance related to commercial activities, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Experience
- Proven experience in a senior commercial or business development role within a relevant industry sector.
- Demonstrable success in developing strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing advantageous agreements.
- Excellent analytical abilities with proficiency in market research tools and data analysis software.
- Leadership experience with the capacity to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Familiarity with legal aspects of contracts and compliance standards is desirable.
- A recognised qualification in business administration, marketing, or related fields would be advantageous but not essential.

Pay: £50,000.00-£85,000.00 per year
