I'm working with a high-growth, international fintech that's looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join its expanding finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical accounting with finance transformation and process improvement.
The role:
- Lead the month-end and year-end close process.
- Prepare consolidated management accounts across multiple entities and currencies.
- Own balance sheet reconciliations and maintain a strong financial control environment.
- Support statutory reporting and external audits.
- Manage intercompany accounting and reconciliations.
- Drive finance transformation through automation and process improvements.
- Lead finance systems implementation and optimisation projects.
- Partner with Finance, Technology and Operations to improve systems, integrations and reporting.
What we're looking for:
- ACA/ACCA qualified.
- Strong experience with consolidations, intercompany accounting and multi-currency reporting.
- Experience implementing finance systems and automating manual processes.
- Strong understanding of financial controls and governance.
- Experience in fintech, financial services, insurance or another regulated environment is advantageous.
