All skill levels considered as we welcome a new baker with some experience, into our iconic bakery!
This position is for our morning shifts each week monday to Friday with the opportunity of extra hours available. Approx 4am start to midday or 2pm.
Those that know us, know our high standards. this position could suit a pastry chef with a good finish, looking for more stable/sociable hours , or an experienced baker with a flair for high end pastries and sourdough bread.
Really great team, flexibility and understanding of modern life, position where we care about what grows out of the soil not just how white and starchy the sourdough can look. A genuine opportunity for a baker to come from, perhaps, a more modern bakery into the fold, and get involved in the next stage of this, currently, 115 year old successful project!
