Sales and Service Support
We are looking for a friendly, organised and customer‑focused individual to join our team in a Sales and Service Support role. This is a part time position with occasional Saturday shifts to be negotiated.
An interest in motorcycles and/or previous Motor Trade experience would be an advantage, but full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers in a professional and approachable manner, in‑store, over the phone and by email/WhatsApp
- Booking in service and MOT work
- Creating customer invoices using Xero accounting software
- Photographing and presenting motorcycles and scooters for sale on our website
- Handling prospective sales enquiries
- Updating DVLA and manufacturer databases
- Manually moving motorcycles and scooters around the dealership

Salary
- National Minimum Wage (age‑appropriate)
