Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
- Record and update customer interactions accurately within the Salesforce platform.
- Analyse customer data to identify trends and opportunities for service improvement.
- Assist clients with account management, including setting up new accounts or updating existing details.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues efficiently and effectively.
- Promote relevant financial products and services where appropriate, adhering to compliance standards.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service roles.
- Proficiencant with CRM systems is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and confidently.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and generate insights that enhance customer experience.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving capabilities.
