Lettings Manager
Location: Beeston, Nottingham
Salary: £35,000pa ( dependant on experience ) + yearly bonus
Hours: Full time, Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm. Occasional Saturday 9am – 1pm on a fair rota basis
Contract: Permanent
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, driven and customer-focused Lettings Manager to join our team and take responsibility for the successful day-to-day operation and growth of our lettings department.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong client relationships and has a proven track record within residential lettings.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the lettings department.
- Develop existing client relationships.
- Manage property marketing, viewings, offers and negotiations.
- Oversee the progression of lets from instruction through to tenancy commencement.
- Ensure properties and tenancies comply with current legislation and industry requirements.
- Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
- Identify opportunities to grow the lettings portfolio and increase market share.
- Deal confidently with challenging situations and resolve issues professionally.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in residential lettings, ideally 3+ years experience
- Confident, professional and commercially minded.
- A strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Target-driven and motivated by achieving results.
- Knowledgeable about lettings legislation and industry best practice.
- Comfortable working independently
- Committed to delivering an exceptional level of customer service.
- A full UK driving licence holder
