Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized according to health and safety standards to promote a healthy environment
- Assist with bed cahnging and laundry tasks when required for private home-related settings
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client or needs promptly and professionally
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure consistent quality and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to complete special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled
Requirements
- Proven residential or commercial cleaning experience, preferably in private homes, commercial, hotel or hospitality environments
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting, and moving cleaning equipment
- Previous experience in residential, commercial, hotel or commercial cleaning is highly desirable
- Nice-to-have skills include cooking abilities and prior experience in customer-facing roles within hospitality settings
