Bookkeeper & Administrator
We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper & Administrator to manage the day-to-day financial administration across the Renoject Group.
Previous bookkeeping experience is essential, with strong working knowledge of QuickBooks, VAT, payroll and general business administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain QuickBooks across the group.
- Complete regular bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Process and categorise income, expenditure, invoices and receipts.
- Prepare and submit VAT returns accurately and on time.
- Manage payroll, including wages, PAYE, National Insurance and pension information.
- Raise sales invoices and monitor outstanding payments.
- Process and record supplier and contractor invoices.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure transactions are allocated to the correct Renoject company.
- Produce monthly financial reports for the directors.
- Monitor company expenses, subscriptions and recurring payments.
- Assist with cash-flow tracking and financial administration.
- Liaise with accountants regarding VAT, payroll, year-end accounts and corporation tax.
- Maintain organised digital financial records and supporting documentation.
- Support the directors and wider team with general administration when required.
Experience Required
- Previous experience in a bookkeeping or accounts administration role.
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks.
- Experience preparing and submitting VAT returns.
- Experience managing or processing payroll.
- Good understanding of bookkeeping principles and reconciliations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work across multiple companies.
- Confident working independently and meeting financial deadlines.
Experience within property, construction or a multi-company group would be beneficial.
Pay: £28,000.00 per year
