We’re looking for an enthusiastic Mobile Catering Supervisor to help deliver high‑quality catering services across our schools and commercial premises in Kirklees.
In this varied role, you’ll provide short‑ and long‑term cover in different kitchens, leading and supporting catering teams while ensuring meals are prepared and served to a high standard. You’ll need to be flexible, adaptable and able to travel between locations, as no two days will be the same.
What you’ll be doing:
Planning, preparing and serving up to 200 meals a day in busy kitchens
Supervising and supporting catering staff to deliver a great service
Maintaining high standards of food safety, quality and customer care
Completing required paperwork using electronic systems
Working closely with schools and customers, responding positively to feedback
What we’re looking for:
Experience of producing large volumes of meals in a catering setting
Experience of supervising staff and delivering excellent customer service
Good IT and admin skills
A flexible approach and the ability to adapt quickly to new environments
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle (or ability to travel independently)
