Creative Home Cinema is a design led audio visual and lighting specialist company for high end residential homes. We work closely with clients and design teams to create bespoke smart homes.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Principle Engineer and Programmer to join our team. As the Principle Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the installation of clients' systems. You will work closely with customers, other professionals and trades to ensure that audio visual needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain audio visual equipment, including projectors, sound systems and control systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to audio visual equipment and systems
- Provide training and support to end users on the operation of audio visual equipment
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in audio visual technology
- Maintain inventory of audio visual equipment and ensure proper storage and organization
- Collaborate with team members on projects that require coordination with other departments
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of audio visual equipment, including projectors, sound systems and control systems
- Proficiency in computer networking and computer hardware
- Basic electrical knowledge for wiring and power requirements
- Ability to use hand tools for equipment installation and repair
- Understanding of Ethernet networks and Cisco Routers is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and provide technical support
This role is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week .
