Duties
- Manage incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and clear communication.
- Maintain organized records through accurate data entry and clerical tasks, utilizing your strong organizational skills.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and scheduling using Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace applications.
- Assist with invoicing, bookkeeping, and financial record keeping using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office logistics to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Support document preparation, filing systems, and office supply management to promote efficiency.
- Perform general administrative duties such as typing reports, updating databases, and managing office equipment.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven office experience with a solid understanding of administrative procedures.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar).
- Previous clerical experience with data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and professional communication skills.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar financial software is a plus.
- Basic typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Previous care sector experience.
