Job Description
As a Bartender for Searcys you will support the Bar team in the everyday running of the Bar and Bar floor, create stylish signature cocktails and hand-crafted coffee, deliver service excellence to our guests and be proud to serve an extensive wine and champagne programme which is curated by our amazing Head of Champagne.
Contract: Full Time & Part Time
Salary: £17.50 inclusive of Tronc
Opening times: 10:00 - 20:00
Open 7 days a week
Start date : 16th September
Responsibilities:

You are passionate about food and drinks!
-
Manage the overall beverage offer including cocktails, coffees, beers, garnishes and non-alcoholic beverages.

Keep and maintain service and operational standards for the bar, making use of best practices and efficiencies where possible.

Help with the maintenance of cocktail lists including new and innovative products and combinations while keeping GP and stock control in mind.

Build and maintain relationships with guests, team members and clients.

Demonstrate a professional and courteous attitude throughout service, acting as a ambassador for the brand.

Strive for maximum efficiency and continual improvement of staff productivity

Additional duties as assigned or required by the General Manager.
