About the Role
This is a community-based role supporting clients in their own homes.
You will be part of a structured care team, delivering high-quality care while promoting independence through a reablement-focused approach.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, mobility support)
- Supporting meals, hydration and daily routines
- Encouraging independence and confidence
- Following care plans and reporting changes
- Administering medication (training provided)
- Recording care notes using our mobile care app
- Communicating with families and the care team

Essential Requirements (Please Read Before Applying)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Good level of spoken and written English
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
