The Role
As Food & Beverage Supervisor you will be responsible for leading the Food and Beverage Department restaurant team to ensure that the restaurant is being maintained in an efficient manner, and to ensure the quality of food served and cleanliness are of the highest standards.
Duties include:
· Deliver a friendly, efficient customer service and create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all members and guests, anticipating their needs, to leave them with a positive experience.
· Work closely with the Restaurant Manager developing and improving the guest experience in all Food & Beverage areas, including training and team development
· Manage the shift with opening and closing checklists, and ensure they’re always adhered to
· Ensure at all times we operate above expected EHO standards
· Work within a Supervisor team supporting the Restaurant Manager with Rota building/EHO regulations/Stock ordering/Team Training/Open Table and Clover.
· Be hands on in setup and cleaning standards within the areas of service
· During shift you will be responsible for taking customer orders, delivering them to the correct table or office area, and clean any spillages or table areas that are no longer being used by a customer
· In partnership with Events manager lead the delivery of both small and large scale events
· Always maintain high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
· Be highly proficient in Bar service and delivery
General:
Dress code is professional attire and will be required to be worn at all times. Uniform will be provided.

Pay: £30,420.00-£33,000.00 per year
