Triangle Nursery Ltd is a family-owned wholesale flower company based in Rendlesham, Suffolk. We specialise in importing and directly supplying fresh-cut flowers and floral sundries to customers throughout the UK.
Due to the continued growth of the business, we are looking for an experienced and versatile individual to join our team in a varied, predominantly warehouse-based position.
This is a flexible dual role, with responsibilities changing depending on the requirements of the business. A key part of the position will be accurately picking fresh flowers for customer orders, ensuring the correct varieties, colours and stem lengths are selected while checking the freshness, condition and overall quality of the flowers.
Alongside flower picking, the role will involve a variety of floristry and commercial work. This may include creating bouquets to customer specifications, funeral arrangements, garlands, bespoke floral pieces and assisting with other commercial projects as required. The successful candidate will therefore need to be comfortable moving between different tasks and adapting to changing priorities.
The position will also involve direct contact with customers, primarily by telephone. A confident and professional manner is important, together with the ability to understand customer requirements, clarify order details and communicate information accurately to colleagues within the business.
As part of the wider warehouse team, the successful candidate will also assist with stock checking, general organisation and housekeeping, as well as supporting the picking, packing and distribution operation when required.
Job Responsibilities

- Supporting the wider warehouse and distribution team as required
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
Skills and Experience
We are ideally looking for someone with approximately three to five years’ professional experience working with fresh flowers, together with a strong practical knowledge of flower varieties, quality, care and handling.
The successful candidate should be confident producing bouquets and floral arrangements to customer specifications. Experience with funeral arrangements, garlands, bespoke pieces or commercial floristry would be beneficial.
Excellent attention to detail is essential, along with the ability to work accurately under pressure and meet distribution deadlines. The successful candidate should be organised, comfortable using their own initiative and, importantly, flexible in their approach to the role.
Strong communication and customer service skills are required. Basic IT knowledge is desirable, and own transport would also be beneficial due to the location of the business.
This is a physically active role and will involve working on your feet, handling flowers and stock, and carrying out general duties within a busy warehouse environment.
Pay: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
